Loto's Character Workshop: A DAoC Character Builder 1.98.1

There was a small bug with the Witchcraft spell line in 1.9.8, I have fixed it and also changed version numbers to 1.98 to follow along with DAoC versions. so here's 1.98.1 :)

Updated for your approval, for DAoC 1.98 with all the spell line changes, holy crap Warlocks!. I have done my best to make sure the data is accurate. However, I do not personally play every class in the game so it's impossible for me to be 100% correct all of the time ;). IF you find a discrepancy in the spell OR style info, let me know and I'll get it rectified.
