Loto's Character Workshop: A DAoC Character Builder 1.8.8

It was brought to my attention that there is a new item format out there that was breaking in the workshop. I don't know where it came from, perhaps an item parser. Either way it doesn't matter, except for my own curiosity. This item will now load properly.
